The Fundación Centros Tecnológicos - Iñaki Goenaga is a non-profit making organization set up by the Technology Centres of the Basque Country and the Official Associations of Industrial Engineers of Álava, Vizcaya and Guipúzcoa to promote and disseminate the innovation culture by ensuring young graduates can specialize and by training and preparing researchers to come onto the labour market.
