SPANISH DATA PROTECTION ACT

Pursuant to Ley Orgánica (Public General Act of Parliament) 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data of applicants shall be included in a computer register for which the Fundación Centros Tecnológicos - Iñaki Goenaga is responsible.

The applicant accepts that the Foundation shall make any personal details provided available to the Players in the Basque Science, Technology & Innovation Network that have included grants in any Calls that are live, so the applicant can take part in the selection process and, when appropriate, finally receive a grant.

Applicants providing personal information may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition simply by applying in writing to the Foundation at the e-mail address: fundacion@fundacioncentrostecnologicos.org or by letter to the Foundation address (Parque Tecnológico, Edificio 101. Zamudio 48170. Vizcaya)
